Minimum Requirements
Mechanical Engineering (BENG/BSc(Hons) N Dip or B Tech)
Good communication skills
Must have good Interpersonal Effectiveness, Leadership, Productivity Focus, Technical Capability, Initiative and strong assertiveness
Willingness to learn from others and be responsible for own development
Work well in team (both multi-disciplinary and single discipline
Computer literate: MS Office, SAP Literate
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to achieve Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR) business objectives and assists the operations team in meeting Asset Capability (AC) objectives, safe and cost effectively.
Provide technical support for day-to-day operation of the plants
Analyse maintenance inspection feedback and help address deviations and improvement opportunities
Analyse weekly plant performance, breakdowns on equipment, call outs and propose solutions to improve performance
Identify opportunities for cost savings and preservation of the maintenance budget
Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures
Do root cause analysis of equipment failures and development of remedial actions
Identify, initiate and implement improvement project
Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs
