About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative for our Parts department at VW Kempton Park. This role focuses primarily on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service related to automotive parts, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive parts needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

- Manage the parts sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accurate order processing and fulfilment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with the service department to identify and fulfill parts

requirements

for ongoing repairs and services.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our parts inventory, including features, benefits, and compatibility.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

- Track and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Assist in maintaining the parts display area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Requirements

- Demonstrable

experience

in automotive parts sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of automotive components.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

- Strong organizational

skills

with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Competency in using computer systems and inventory management software relevant to the role.

- A valid driver’s license and an understanding of vehicle specifications and parts.

Preferred

Qualifications

- Previous

experience

with Volkswagen parts is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Certification in automotive sales or related field would be beneficial.

in a retail sales environment, particularly within the automotive industry.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
