PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To conduct Time and Attendance administration at the shafts / Processing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12/STD 10/ NQF Level 4 is essential
1 – 3 years' Time and Attendance Systems Operation experience is desirable
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SACO Enterprise T&A
SAP HR

COMPETENCIES:
Adheres to safety regulations and mine standards, procedures and practices and reports non-compliance.Demonstrate knowledge pertaining to basic health and safety principles in a workplace Demonstrate an awareness of customer service Demonstrate knowledge of Shaft /Processing Time and Attendance administrationDemonstrate and apply a good understanding of the company payrollMust describe and assist in the control of fraud in an office environmentBuilds, supports and maintains healthy diverse internal and external relations and implements remedial actions where required

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Checks Readers and Turnstiles and report faulty equipment.Monitors Access Control.Parades employees who need to be contacted.Prints Gang books for morning, afternoon and night shifts.Completes the Gang book return report.Print Absentee Reports for morning, afternoon and night shifts.Assist with shift clearance.Apply for lost/damaged cardsAllocate temporary cardsCaptures scheduled overtime for Contractors on SACO EnterpriseCaptures standbys on SACO Enterprise and SAPPrint clock historiesResponsible for the capturing of: Attendance Codes, Sick notes, Overtime, Call Outs and Standby.Deals with access control queries from employees and management.
