What are we looking for?

We are seeking an

experience
d and talented dynamic Sales Assistant with strong interpersonal

skills
and local market insight to drive customer engagement and support sales growth across the Eastern Cape regions.

What do we expect from the candidate?

The candidate will be the initial point of contact for any customer with inquiries or problems pertaining to goods or services that the business offers. Among their numerous

duties
include taking care of incoming calls, responding to inquiries from customers on goods and services, and handling refunds and payments.

The key

responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory.

- Manage and grow existing customer’s basket of products.

- Manage and grow Bragan product offering by identifying client needs.

- Managing supply contracts with customers.

- Exceed sales budgets.

- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

- Report back to management all relevant information (written and verbal).

- Handle and manage all customer enquiries.

- Cold calling.

- Always promote and market Bragan Ingredients in a positive manner.

- Assist Branch Manager with Office Administration.

If you possess…

Must-Have:

- Grade 12 (Matric).

- 2-3 years’

experience
in Food/Homecare industry.

Experience

in food/homecare and animal feed.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work autonomously.

- Knowledge of administrative duties.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

- Knowledge of safety/quality/accounting administrative systems – D365.

Nice-to-Have:

- Strong negotiator and able to handle conflict well.

- Good communicator who can read people well and be persuasive.

- Able to compile detailed reports on customer requirements, usages, history etc.
