Looking to get your foot in the door in HR within Financial Services?
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic graduate who is passionate about people, hungry to learn and grow, and ready to build a strong foundation in HR.
You’ll support our Human Capital team across HR administration, data reporting and learning & development, while gaining hands‑on exposure to onboarding, employee data, skills development, graduate recruitment and compliance reporting (INSETA & EE) — real experience across the full HR value chain.
What we’re looking for:
Matric plus a relevant NQF 7 qualification (HR / Industrial Psychology / Human Sciences / Data Analytics)
0–2 years’ experience (graduates encouraged)
Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills
Excel proficiency essential
